By creating an account or using the E2X Green One marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must provide accurate, current information when registering as a seller or buyer, and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, fulfilling accepted orders in good faith, and complying with all applicable business licensing requirements.

• •Listings must accurately represent the plants/products offered
• •Orders must be accepted, prepared, and dispatched within the timelines shown in the app
• •Business and identity documents submitted for verification must be genuine

Payouts to sellers and charges to buyers are processed according to the pricing, fees, and delivery charges shown in the app at the time of order. E2X Green One may adjust its fee structure with reasonable notice.

E2X Green One may suspend or block an account that violates these terms, provides false information, or is reported for fraudulent activity, in line with our review process.

E2X Green One facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the quality, condition, or legality of items listed by sellers beyond the marketplace protections described in the app.
